Got another for a good price of just $2.8K. Having any mortgage and Liens wiped clear AND getting it for $2.8K is absurd honestly. I was the second place bidder in line for this one since the first person did not pay. 

I called the neighbors and the previous owners are in the home still unfortunately.  This happens about 30-40% of the time and if I can't get ahold of them I will contact the local sheriff to run out since at this point they no longer own the home. Rarely we work out a buy back situation but most times they end of being told to vacate the premise as they are trespassing. 

Yes the home needs work, but I will sell as is for $25-28K either cash or terms and dump the proceeds into Section 8 rent ready properties!
