This one is my first creative financing property that I have picked up. At the time of writing this, I would say I feel the most sense of accomplishment with this one. I knew I could not scale as fast as I wanted with putting 20% down per door.

 I had to get creative. This property needs some windows replaced and that should be the bulk of it. Great tenant in place already that wants to stay which is great. Once they are gone it's same as always with placing a Section 8 tenant.
