Crazy story with this first tax auctioned property that I won here on 7th street. I was under the impression that the property that I was bidding on was the house right next to it. The actual property was in much worse shape as you can see below. Still made a few grand off this one despite the mix up and lesson learned. I have since implemented a much better system to prevent this from happening again.
