This now is my second duplex which is pretty awesome. Duplexes always attract investors and they will pay more than single families for them. This one did make me nervous because of how rough it appears on the outside. Crazy thing is interior is not all that bad! This is the PERFECT example as to why I make sure to run my local connection out to all of these properties I'm interested in bidding on. You never know what is worth buying/bidding on or not without someone getting their eyes on it! The right side unit does have a whole in the roof which naturally made that half worse than the left unit. Getting this for just over $1k is pretty sweet and it should go very fast!
