Here we go with Ada, property number two. Sellers agent has been a little slow on getting rent roll, leases, and even accepting my offer to begin with. Besides that everything so far has gone very smooth so lets hope it can stay that way.
Like 68th, Ada also has tenants in place already at a month-to-month basis as well. This is convenient in the sense that as soon as I close I will immediately be cash flowing. Ada's tenants are also under fair market rent and non Section 8. So the game plan is the same as mentioned prior with 68th.
